摘要
稀土磷酸盐由于其优异的物理化学性能而日益受到重视,其中RePO_4(Re=Ce,La)纳米粉体的制备是影响其性能的主要因素。综述了LaPO_4和CePO_4粉体的制备方法及其最近研究进展,详细介绍了化学沉淀法、水热法、固相法、溶胶-凝胶法以及微乳液法,并对其优缺点进行了评述,提出了通过微波辐射来合成纳米RePO_4的方法。
Rare earth phosphate RePO4 (Re=La,Ce) powders are getting more and more attention because of its excellent physical and chemical properties. The preparation methods of RePO4 nanopowders have strong influences on the properties of the material. In this paper, the development of different preparation methods of RePO4 powder is in troduced,including chemical precipitation method, hydrothermal method, solid state synthesis, sol-gel process and microemulsion method. The advantages and disadvantages of these methods are estimated. The rapid synthesis of RePO4 nanopowders by microware irradiation is put forward.
