纳米硼酸镍的制备、表征及其在水溶液中的摩擦学性能 被引量:3

摘要 采用沉淀法合成了粒径为40~50nm的硼酸镍纳米微粒,利用透射电镜、X射线粉末衍射仪、热分析仪、FT-IR光谱仪等进行了结构表征,利用四球摩擦试验机考察了其在水溶液中的摩擦学行为,并利用电子扫描电镜考察了磨损表面的形貌。结果表明:硼酸镍纳米微粒作为水基添加剂能显著提高水的抗磨减摩性能,作用机理是发生了摩擦化学反应,在摩擦副表面生成了含Ni_2O_3、B_2O_3、FeO和Fe_2O_3的复合润滑膜,所以能有效提高水的抗磨减摩性能。 Nickel borate nano-particles with a particle size of about 40-50nm are prepared by way of direct deposition, which are characterized by means of TEM, XRD, DSC/TGA and FTIR, Tribological properties of nickel bo rate nanoparticles in aqueous solution are measured by four-bali tribotester methods,and the worn surfaces of the steel. ball are analyzed by SEM. Results indicated that the nanometer nickel borate as aqueous solution additives can effectively improve the friction reduction and antiwear properties of water. XPS analysis of the wear scar shows that Ni2O3, B2O3, FeB and Fe2 B are formed on the rubbing pair surface which provides aqueous solution with good friction reduc tion and antiwear properties.
