摘要
在超音速气流粉碎条件下,以Cd(OAc)_2·2H_2O和Na_2S·9H_2O为原料,通过低温固相化学反应一步实现超细CdS粒子的公斤级合成,采用XRD、激光粒度仪、SEM和TEM等表征产物结构、粒子大小和形貌。结果表明:得到的CdS粒子平均粒径在10nm左右,近似圆球形,但粒子间团聚现象较明显;初步探讨了该方法制备超细CdS的机理。
Ultrafine CdS particles are successfully prepared by low temperature solid state reaction of Cd- (OAt) 2 · 2H2O and Na2 S ·9 H2O under ultrasonic airflow, and the yield reaches kilograms. The crystal structure, particlesize and morphology of the ultrafine particles are characterized by XRD, laser diffraction particle size analyzer, SEM and TEM. The results indicate that the prepared particles' mean size is about 10 nm, particles shape are spherical and particles reunite obviously. The formation mechanism of ultrafine particles is also discussed.
