摘要 研究了在ABS塑料上复合电镀Ni-P-SiC(n)的工艺及性能,对影响镀层质量的几大因素进行了探讨,从而确定了在ABS塑料上复合电镀Ni-P-SiC(n)的最佳工艺以及相关参数。通过观察分析表面形貌并对镀层进行显微硬度等测试,确定了最佳工艺条件为:硫酸镍250g/L,氯化镍20g/L,磷酸5~20g/L,硼酸20g/L,SiC添加量5g/L,表面活性剂0.2g/L,pH值3~4,温度40℃,电流密度0.01A/cm^2,搅拌速度1000r/min。由此工艺参数得到的Ni-P-SiC(n)复合镀层与ABS塑料结合良好,镀层均匀致密,显微硬度可达952HV。 The technology of eleetroplating composite Ni-P-SiC(n) on ABS plastic substrate is studied. And each factor that affects the performance of the coating deposition is discussed. As a result, the best process parameters of electroplating composite Ni-P-SiC(n) on ABS plastic are confirmed. According to the analysis of the surface topography and the test of micro-hardness, the optimal process conditions are identified as follows: 250g/L of nickel sulfate, 20g/L of nickel chloride,20g/L of phosphoric acid, 20g/L of boric acid, 5g/L of SiC, 40℃, pH value of 3-4,0. 01A/ cm^2 of current density and 1000r/min of the mixing speed. The Ni-P-SiC nano-composite coating gained from this optimized process can he well combined with the ABS plastic suhstrate. The composite coating can be well compact and well-proportioned,and its micro-hardness can reach 952HV.
