摘要
综述了陶瓷基复合材料低成本制备工艺的研究现状,分析得出原材料价格昂贵、制备周期漫长是制约陶瓷基复合材料应用范围进一步拓展的关键因素,在此基础上分析了目前各低成本技术的优、缺点,以为降低陶瓷基复合材料的制备成本提供一些参考,并指出改进现有工艺及开发新型低成本工艺是今后陶瓷基复合材料发展的一个重要方向。
This paper discusses the status of research on low-cost processing of CFRCMCs. It is found that the high cost raw material and long preparation cycle restrict the development of CFRCMCs. This paper analyzes the advan tages and shortages of the processing in order to provide references for preparing low cost CFRCMCs, and points out that improving the existing processing and inventing a new low cost processing is an important research direction of CFRCMCs in the future.
