摘要
与其它非平衡加工技术相比,机械合金化在固溶度扩展方面具有自身优势。概述了机械合金化在固溶度扩展方面的研究现状,总结了此类研究中常用的分析方法和手段,评述了目前存在的几种主要的固溶度扩展机制,指出晶界与相界的综合作用可能是导致固溶度扩展的主要影响因素,并对今后的研究提出了建议。
Mechanical alloying(MA) has self advantage in extension of solid solution compared with other non-equilibrium processing techniques. The analysis methods commonly applied in preparation of supersaturated solid solution by MA are summarized. The mechanisms of the extension of solid solubility by MA are also reviewed. It is pointed out that the combining effect of grain boundaries and phase interfaces is the main factor leading to the extension of solid solution. In addition, some suggestions about future research in this field are presented.
