摘要
利用DTA、XRD研究了Y_2O_3的添加对CaO-MgO-SiO_2系陶瓷纤维析晶行为的影响。根据Ozawa和Kissinger法对系统中析晶活化能的计算结果表明,少量Y_2O_3的添加并没有改变材料中析出的晶相种类,但是可以提高玻璃化转变温度和析晶温度,增大晶相的析晶活化能,从而能够在一定程度上抑制材料中晶相的析出。
The craystallization behavior of CaO-MgO-SiO2 soluble ceramic fiber containing Y2O3 is investigated by means of DTA and XRD. The results calculated by the methods of Ozawa and Kissinger show that the kinds of precipitated crystals are not changed by the addition of Y2O3. Meanwhile, Tg, Tp and crystallization activation energy increase, which means that the addition of Y2O3 affects the precipitation kinetics of crystals greatly.
