摘要 选用普通石英砂为骨料,加入水玻璃作为粘结剂,采用颗粒堆积并添加造孔剂的方法,制备了高性能的可用于污水处理的多孔陶瓷滤球。研究了烧结温度、保温时间、造孔剂的含量和骨料颗粒大小对孔隙率和力学性能的影响规律。用扫描电镜观察了多孔陶瓷的微观结构,并初步研究了烧结动力学问题,探讨了烧结前期、中期和后期的烧结理论和烧结模型。 In this experiment, common sands are used as main material, water glass as binder and the method particle stacking and pore-forming agent appending is adopted to produce porous ceramic for filter material in sewage disposal. The influences of porosity and mechanical property on the sintering temperature, heat preservation time, pore-forming agent and the bulk of sand particle are studied. The microscopic structure of porous ceramic can be observed by SEM. Furthermore, the dynamics of sintering is also studied. The sintering models and theories in initial stage, intermediate stage and final stage are discussed.
