摘要
合成了纤维素-三(3,5-二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)衍生物,将此衍生物涂敷在氨丙基球形硅胶上,制备了一种具有手性分离能力的手性固定相。采用此固定相对两种手性化合物进行拆分,并对极性添加剂的影响和相应对映体的圆二色光谱的分析以及旋光值的测定进行了研究。结果表明:此固定相对此类化合物有较强的手性识别能力,使样品基线分离,具有较大的分离度。
Cellulose-tris(3, 5-dimethyl phenyl carbam ate) is synthesized, and aminopropyl silica gel is painted on it. The separating phenylcarbamate chiral satationary phase is prepared. Two pairs of enantiomers are separated by this chiral satationary phase. The effect of the chiral additive, the analysis of circular dichroism, and the mensuration of optical value are studied. The results show that this satationary phase has a powerful separating ability, makes the sample separating from baseline and has a biggish resolution.
