摘要 铸造镍基高温合金K417返回料采用新型过滤器进行过滤净化处理,经洁净度实验证明该过滤器与传统单纯泡沫陶瓷过滤网相比,过滤效率有较大提高。对过滤试样与未过滤试样的组织及力学性能检测对比,发现经过滤后的合金疏松明显减少、碳化物形态也由返回料的块状向新料的草书体状转变,合金高温塑性和高温持久性能有较大提升。 The recycled cast Ni-base superalloy K417 is treated by a new type ceramic filter. The purification test shows that the new type filter, compared with the traditional ceramic filtration foam, exhibits a higher filtration efficiency. Before and after filtration treatment, the microstructure and mechanical properties of the specimen are contrastively analyzed. It is found that the porosity of the alloy is significantly reduced, the morphology of carbides changes from the block type in reverted alloy to the Chinese script type in virgin alloy, and the ductility and creep rupture strength of the alloy at elevated temperature are also improved.
