Nd的添加对Cu_(50)Zr_(42)Al_8合金非晶形成能力及热稳定性的影响

摘要 在水冷铜坩埚中采用铜模吸铸法制备了顶部直径为2mm、底部直径为10mm、长度为70mm的Cu_(50-x)-Zr_(42)Al_8Nd_x(x=0、1、2、3、4)锥形合金试样。采用X射线衍射(XRD)和差分扫描量热(DSC)分别对合金的结构和非晶形成能力进行了研究,结果表明,添加适量的Nd增强了Cu_(50)Zr_(42)Al_8合金的非晶形成能力和热稳定性。通过铜模吸铸法可制备出直径为6mm的Cu_(49)Zr_(42)Al_8Nd_1和Cu_(46)Zr_(42)Al_8Nd_4块状非晶合金。Cu_(46)Zr_(42)Al_8Nd_4非晶合金具有最高的过冷液相区和最大的热稳定性(△T_x=73)。 The tapered alloys of Cu50-x^-Zr42Al8Ndx(x=0,1,2,3,4)are prepared by the copper mold with the suction casting method in the water cooling crucible. The top diameter, the bottom diameter and the length of the alloy are 2mm, 10mm and 70mm respectively. The structure and glass forming ability of Cu based alloy are studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) respectively. The results reveal that the proper content of Nd increases the glass forming ability and thermal stability of Cu50Zr42Al8 metallic glasses. The sample Cu49Zr42 Al8Nd1 and Cu46Zr42Al8Nd4 which are both fully metallic glasses with 6mm diameter can be made by means of the copper mold suction casting method. The composition of the Cu46Zr42Al8Nd4 has the largest thermal stability and a maximum over cooled liquid region △Tx as 73 K.
