摘要 白三烯是花生四烯酸经5-脂氧合酶代谢途径形成的代谢产物,包括白三烯B4,白三烯c4,白三烯D4,白三烯E4 ,LTs是气道炎症反应中的重要介质.在气道高反应性、炎症细胞聚集、炎症介质的释放、气道重塑、微血管渗漏、粘液分泌、粘膜水肿、支气管收缩等哮喘发病过程的各个环节中起着重要作用。 Leukotriene is the metabolites of arachidonic acid by 5 - lipoxygenase pathway, including leukotriene B4,leukotriene C4,leukotriene D4 and leukotriene E4.Leukotriene is an important mediator. It play an important role in the process of Pathogenesis of asthma,such as in the airway hyperresponsivene ss,inflammation cell aggregation, the release of inflammatory mediators, and airway remodeling, microvascular leakage,mucus secretion and mucosal edema,br onchoeonstriction and so on.
