开展付费电视和数据广播业务的一个基本特点就是有效控制以更好实现有偿服务.为使广电产业健康良性发展,有线电视系统必须引入条件接收技术.为此,在充分理解数字电视条件接收系统基本原理的前提下,具体分析了市场上流行的条件接收系统的弊端,提出了采用逻辑中间件方式予以解决的实际方案.

The controllable and payable service is the basic qualification to develop pay TV and data broadcasting business. In order to develop TV business well, we must fetch in the condition access system （CAS）. This paper introduces basic principle of digital TV CAS. Analyzing the weakness of popularized CAS technologies in the market, it puts forward a solution of logical middle-ware way.
