目前,许多学校建立的各种信息系统基本上是独立的,彼此之间缺乏联系和信息交流,已经不能适应学校发展的要求.凭借IC卡的高保密性、可靠性,将IC卡技术与各种信息系统融合,将其作为信息联系之间的纽带和用户身份识别的标识,能使各个孤立的信息系统结合为一个有机的整体,为提高管理水平,支持管理决策提供一条新的途径.

Nowadays, many schools establish various information systems which are basically independent to one another. Those systems are short of relationship and information communications, and thus are not fit for the requirement of school development. By making use of high secrecy and dependability of IC card, IC card technique is integrated into information systems and IC card can be key connection among information systems and signs of user identification. It can integrate isolated information systems into an organic whole and provide a new approach to improve management and support management decisions in school.
