摘要
目的探讨横行岛状皮瓣一期修复尿道下裂的疗效。方法回顾性分析采用横行岛状皮瓣一期尿道成形术治疗阴茎型尿道下裂68例临床资料。结果该方法治疗的患者效果满意，阴茎外形良好，并发症少，术后排尿功能正常。结论横形带蒂阴茎包皮内板皮瓣设计合理，材料丰富，血供良好，是一种较理想的手术方法。
Objective To evaluate the effect of one stage urethroplasty with the laterigrade preputial pedicle tube. Methods 68 cases of hypospadias were reviewed who were treated by one stage urethroplasty with laterigrade preputial pedicle tube. Results 68 cases with this operation were cured. The complications are less. Conclusion One stage urethroplasty using laterigrade preputial pedicle tube is a preferable method for the treatment to hypospadias.
