福善美合仙灵骨葆治疗绝经后骨质疏松症骨钙素和降钙素及骨密度的临床研究

目的研究福善美合仙灵骨葆治疗绝经后骨质疏松症骨钙素、降钙素及骨密度水平的变化。方法56例绝经后骨质疏松症随机分治疗组（33例）和对照组（23例），治疗组口服福善美、仙灵骨葆和钙片，对照组口服钙片，均经6个月治疗，观察两组治疗前后骨钙素、降钙素和骨密度值，并进行统计学分析。结果治疗组和对照组治疗前后的骨密度T分数分别为：-3.62±0.74、-2.13±0.61和-3.49±0．77、-3．20±0.68，骨钙索分别为：48．23±752、29.61±10.42和47．21±11.73、45.31±11.25，降钙素分别为45.14±8.69、52.95±10.75和4271±5．67、43.21±7．52。比较治疗组治疗前后骨密度T值、骨钙素和降钙素水平均有显著差异（p〈O．05），而对照组均无显著差异（p〉O05），两组治疗后的骨密度T值．骨钙素和降钙素比较均有显著差异（p〈O05）。结论福善美合仙灵骨葆治疗绝经后骨质疏松症使降钙素的水平明显升高，骨钙素水平明显降低．对绝经后骨质疏松症有明显的疗效。

Objective To observe the changes of bone mineral density, values of osteocalcin and calcitonin on xianlingubao and Fosamax treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods 56 cases of postmenopausal osteoporosis patients were ,randomized into the treatment group （33 cases） and the control group （23 cases）, the treatment groups taking Fosamax , xianlingubao and Calcium, at the same time, the control group ±J taking Calcium after six month＇s treatment, to observe the values of BMD, osteocalcin and calcitonin before and after treatment of the two groups, and statistical analysis was made. Results the bone mineral density T scores Before and after treatment between the treatment group and control group were-3.62±0.74, -2.13±0.61和-3.49±0.77, -3.20-±0.68,the values of osteocalc were： 48.23±7.52, 29.61±10.42±1±47.21±11.73, 45.31±11.25, the values of calciton were： 43.14±8.69, 52.93±10.75ffv42.71±5.67, 43.21±7.52.before and after treatment of the treatment group, the bone mineral density T scores, osteocalcin and calcitonin levels were significantly different （P 〈0.05） while the control group showed no significant difference （P〉 0.05）, after treatment the bone mineral density T scores, calcitonin and osteocalcia of the two groups were significantly different （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion xianlingubao and Fosamax treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis can significantly improve the level of calcitonin and bone mineral density, osteocalcin levels were significantly lowered and with good therapeutic effect to treatment ofpostmenopausal osteoporosis
