摘要
用燃烧法在较低温度下(600℃)合成了(Ce0.67Tb0.33)MgAl11O19绿色荧光粉,利用XRD、SEM等实验技术对粉体的结构、形貌及发光性能进行了研究。结果表明:采用燃烧法合成的(Ce0.67Tb0.33)MgAl11O19荧光粉粉体结晶良好、晶相单一、颗粒度较小。278 nm紫外线激发,发绿色光,发射主峰在543 nm处。
(Ce0.67Tb0.33)MgAl11O19 green phosphors were synthesized by combustion method at relatively low temperature (600 ℃ ). Microstructure, morphology and luminescent properties were studied by XRD, SEM experiment. The results show that (Ce0.67Tb0.33)MgAl11O19 phosphors synthesized by combustion method and UV excitation at 278 nm and at the maximum 543 nm is an efficient green-emitting phosphors with good crystal, single crystalloid and small grain.
