力康胶囊对小鼠免疫功能的影响

Effects of Likang Capsules on the Immune Functions of Mice

研究了力康胶囊对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响．以０．２，１，５ｇ／ｋｇ×７ｄ灌胃给药，力康胶囊明显增强巨噬细胞的吞噬功能；明显提高血清溶血素水平；明显增加外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞百分率．结果表明力康胶囊具有免疫增强作用．

The effects of Likang capsules on immune functions in normal mice were studied.At the i.g. doses of 0 2,1,5 g/kg×7 d,Likang capsules significantly potentiated the phagocytic activity of macrophages,enhanced both the level of serum hemolysin and the percentage of T lymphocytes in the peripheral blood.The results indicated that Likang capsules have immunopotentiating effects.
