Content Determination of Priacetam and Its Tablets by the HPLC Method

采用高效液相色谱法，对脑复康及其片剂含量进行了测定．脑复康浓度在０．１～０．７ｍｇ／ｍＬ范围内呈很好的线性关系，回归方程：Ｙ＝０．１５５３Ｘ＋４．４×１０－３，ｒ＝０．９９９７（ｎ＝７），平均回收率为９９．４％，ＲＳＤ＝０．２．

The content of Pizacetam and its tablets was determined by using the HPLC method.The content of priacetam was found linear in the concentration range of 0 1～0 7 mg/mL,the regressive equation was Y=0 155 3X+4 4×10 -3 ,r=0 999 7(n =7).The average recovery was 99 4% and the relative standard deviation was 0 2%.
