倍率减差法测定Rifater片中三组分的含量

Determination of the Three Components in Rifater Tablets by Demultiplication Spectrophotometry

采用倍率减差分光光度法不经分离提取同时测定Ｒｉｆａｔｅｒ片剂中异烟肼、吡嗪酰胺和利福平三组分的含量，平均回收率分别为９１．９％，９５．８％和１０１．１％．

Rifater Tablets are compound preparations of Isoniazid,Pyrazinamide and Rifampicin.Using the Demultiplication Spectrophotometry we can determine the contents of the three components at once without isolating and extracting them.The result shows that the method is simpler,more rapid and accurate.The average recovery of Isoniazid is 91 9% and 95 8% for Pyrazinamide,100 1% for Rifampicin.
