鱼腥草素钠片溶出度的考察

Investigation of the Dissolution of Sodium Houttutfonate Tablets

采用均匀设计法，制备出新鱼腥草素钠片．用转篮法测定新鱼腥草素钠片和普通片的溶出度．结果新鱼腥草素钠片的Ｔ５０为１４．７９ｍｉｎ，而普通片的Ｔ５０为６７．４９ｍｉｎ．两者的溶出曲线存在显著差异．

The preparation of new sodium houttuyfonate tablets were screened by the uniform design method.The dissolution of different sodium houttuyfonate tablets was determined with the ratary basket method.The results showed that T 50 of the new sodium houttuyfonate tablets was 14 79 min and common tablets 67 49 min.The different dissolution rates had significant differences.
