抗苗勒氏管激素、瘦素与多囊卵巢综合征的相关性 被引量:2

Analysis of the relationship between anti-Mullerian hormone,leptin and polycystic ovary syndrome

摘要 目的:探讨抗苗勒氏管激素(AMH)、瘦素与多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)发生、发展的关系。方法:测定56例PCOS患者血清AMH、瘦素、性激素,并取30例月经周期正常妇女进行对照。结果:PCOS组血清AMH明显高于对照组,PCOS组中高睾酮组AMH明显高于非高睾酮组,差异有极显著性;PCOS组血清瘦素明显高于对照组;PCOS组中血清AMH水平与睾酮水平呈显著正相关(r=0.713,P=0.001);PCOS组中瘦素与空腹胰岛素(FINS)存在正相关(r=0.655,P=0.002);多元线性回归分析瘦素与AMH存在相关(r=0.809,P=0.015)。结论:AMH与瘦素可能参与PCOS发生、发展并与性激素合成失调有关,测定血清AMH、瘦素水平为诊断和研究PCOS提供了一个重要的突破点。 Objective: To investigate the development of polyeystie ovary syndrome (PCOS) and the influent factors among the anti -mullerian hormone (AMH) , leptin. Methods: AMH, leptin, sex hormones were compared between 56 eases PCOS patients and 30 eases of normal menstrual eyrie control women. Results: Serum AMH and leptin levels in PCOS group were significantly higher than those of control group. AMH of high - testosterone group was signifieandy much higher than that of nonhigh - testosterone group in PCOS group. Serum levels of AMH and testosterone levels in PCOS group were significantly positive correlation ( r = 0. 713, P = 0. 001 ), leptin and fasting insulin (FINS) had positive correlation in PCOS group (r = 0. 655, P =0. 002), muhielement line regression analysis showed that leptin was correlated with AMH ( r = 0. 809, P = 0. 015 ) . Conclusion: AMH and leptin may be involved in PCOS, and the development of synthetic sex hormone imbalance, serum level of AMH and leptin lab testing could provide an important breakthrough for the diagnosis and research of PCOS.
