紫茎泽兰中总黄酮含量的测定

The Measurement of Total Flavonoids in Eupatorium Adenophorum Spreng

研究了紫茎泽兰中黄酮的提取工艺,以黄酮的得率为考察指标,考察分别以水、60%乙醇溶液、90%甲醇溶液为提取剂对黄酮类化合物得率的影响,结果表明用60%乙醇溶液作为提取剂,按1∶15的固液比在80℃温度下提取2h,黄酮得率可达2.952%。

The extraction process of flavonoids from eupatorium adenophorum spreng was studied. The quantity proportion of flavonoids extracted from eupatorium adenophorum spreng was researched. The influence of solvent such as water, ethanol（60% ）, methyl alcohol （90%） were determined. The result indicated that under the extraction condition was as follow： ethanol concentration was 60% ,the ration of solid to liquid was 1：15 ,the temperature of extraction was 80℃ ,extracting time was 2 hours,the extraction rate was 2.952%
