摘要
针对泵站振动原因较为复杂,以淮阴三站工程为例,通过建立有限元模型分析了灯泡式贯流泵站结构的振源和自振特性,并结合泵站结构的自振特性进行了抗振安全度评价,得出水力振源远高于上部厂房的基频,可避免引发泵站结构共振,提出了减振防范措施。
Through the establishment of finite element model, natural vibration characteristics of the bulb tubular pumping station and vibration sources are analyzed and studied. According to the analytical results, the evaluation of the anti-vibration safety degree is studied. Because frequency of the hydraulic vibration source is much higher than the frequency of station structure, it will not lead to the pumping station structure resonance. But the vibration causes of pumping station are complicated. We should take some measures to alleviate vibration.
