南水北调中线供水实时优化调度研究

摘要 介绍了南水北调中线实时调度的原理和总体框架,提出了供水结构的划分和内涵定义。在借鉴国内流域水资源实时调度的理论和方法基础上,构建了南水北调中线供水实时优化调度模型,即"宏观总控、长短相嵌、实时决策、滚动修正"的模式。初步运用表明,该模型能满足中线供水实际运行服务需要,可为南水北调中线供水实时调度提供借鉴。 The paper presents the real-time water supply theory and integrated frame of MRP(Middle Route Project), including water structure and its definition. Based on the study of basin water resources real-time allocation in China, the paper develops the real-time optimal model of water supply in the MRP of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project, i. e. to operate by the long term water resources allocation, to consider long term water allocation with short term goals, to make real-time decision, and to modify the results dynamically. The relative practice also basically proved that the model can meet with the need of water supply of MRP.
