摘要
目的:研究骨痛灵颗粒的活血作用,并观察多次灌胃后所产生的不良反应和死亡情况。方法:活血作用的研究采用游泳劳损法复制气虚血瘀证大鼠动物模型;急性毒性实验(最大给药量)。结果:药效学活血作用表明:骨痛灵颗粒能明显降低急性血瘀模型大鼠的全血低切、中切、高切及血浆黏度,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);急性毒性实验求出,大鼠日最大给药量为>30g/kg,相当于骨痛灵颗粒150g/kg,约为临床日用量(60g/60kg)的150倍。结论:骨痛灵颗粒能明显降低急性血瘀模型大鼠的全血低切、中切、高切及血浆黏度,无明显毒性。
Objective To research the effects of invigorating the circulation of blood of Gutongling granule and to observe the virulent feedback and death situations, which are caused by pouring stomach for many times. Method ①The research of the effects of invigorating the circulation of blood adapts the swimming - straining manner to copy the animal models of rats, which had the deficiency of vital energy and sludge. ②The acute and virulent experiments( The max quantity of administration). Results The effects of invigorating the circulation of blood in pharmacodynamics indicated that Gutongling granule could obviously abate the model rats that had the acute sludge, whose low cutting, middle cutting and high cutting of the whole blood and the viscosity of plasma had the obvious differences comparing with the comparative groups ( P 〈 0.05 ,P 〈 0.01 ), and the acute - virulent experiments indicated that the max quantity of administration of the rats was above 30g/kg, which was equal to 150g/kg of Gutongling granule, about 150 times than the clinic - daily dosage (60g/60kg). Conclusion Gutongling granule can obviously abate the model rats that have the acute sludge, whose low cutting, middle cutting and high cutting of the whole blood and the viscosity of plasma don't have virulence obviously.
