侧脑室腹腔分流术常见并发症分析

Common complications of ventriculo-peritonal shunt operation

目的：探讨侧脑室腹腔分流术并发症的原因及防治方法。方法：回顾2003年2月-2007年8月间105例行侧脑室腹腔分流术患者，出现并发症13例，结合文献进行分析。结果：感染4例，分流管堵塞7例，分流过度1例，癫痫1例。结论：熟练准确的手术操作，以及围手术期的认真处理，能降低手术并发症的发生。

Objective To discuss the reason, prevention and treatment of the complications of ventriculo - peritonal shunt operation. Method For 105 cases underwent ventriculo -peritonal shunt operation, from Feb. 2003 to Aug. 2007 were analysed retrospectively, and 13 cases had complications, and literatures was reviewed. Results Four Cases got infection, 7 got tube blocked, 1 of exceeding shut, and 1 of epilepsy. Conclusion Strict handling invasive surgical procedure, and more attend the perioperative treatment of the patients can prevente compliccations.
