摘要
由于产业技术跨越是在整个产业层面进行,因而政府在推动产业技术跨越方面扮演重要角色,尤其是政府制定促进产业技术跨越的系统政策对产业技术跨越的实现尤为重要,但已有的研究中对这个问题较少涉及。给出了产业技术跨越政策基于内在关系的逻辑模型,并且就产业技术跨越的政策体系做了探索分析。
Since the industrial technology leapfrogging throughout the whole industry level, government plays an important role in promoting of industrial technology leapfrogging, especially the policies on accelerating the leap of industrial technology. However all the available researches less focused on this issue. This paper will put forward the logic model of industrial technology leapfrogging policy based on internal relationship, and will explore the policy system of industrial technology leapfrogging.
