摘要
以我国企业员工为调查对象,对不同类型组织文化与员工组织认同和工作投入的关系进行了实证研究。结果表明,组织认同是组织文化和工作投入的中介变量;创新型文化和支持型文化对员工组织认同和工作投入产生积极影响,而官僚型文化的影响作用不显著。
To explore relationships among organizational culture, organizational identification and job engagement, an empirical study was conducted. The samples were from employees of corporations in china. The study proves that (1) organizational identification is the mediator between organizational culture and job engagement, (2) innovative culture and supportive culture has positive effects on organizational identification and job engagement, while bureaucratic cul- ture has no significant effects.
