摘要
信息技术与企业绩效之间的作用机制,是西方学者研究的热点问题。对欧美近十年和中国近两年来的实证研究文献进行了综述,通过对西方和中国背景下实证研究的比较分析,认为西方的实证研究结论,对现阶段中国企业的信息化实践具有借鉴意义,有些则未必适用。我国企业处于信息化的较低级阶段,信息技术的应用绩效,受到信息化发展阶段的影响,受到环境、组织、文化、员工等不同层次变量的综合影响。未来国内的实证研究,宜考虑结合中国的情景因素,进一步研究信息技术、环境、资源、战略、组织与企业绩效的相互联系。
The interactive mechanism of information technology and firm performance is an important research topic. This paper reviews the recent Chinese and foreign empirical research literatures on this topic. Through comparative analysis of these empirical research literatures under Chinese and foreign background, we think that some of the foreign research conclusions have reference significance for the present computerization practice of our national enterprises, others are not applicable. Generally, Chinese enterprises stand in lower stage of computerization, and IT performance is influenced by the evolution stage of computerization and by many contextual factors, such as environment,organization, culture, employees and so on. It is favorable that the future empirical studies should consider the contextual factors of China and further research the relationship between IT, environment, resource, strategy, organization, and firm performance.
