摘要
从熊比特式动态竞争的视角,以零售业为例探讨了服务业本土企业与跨国公司竞争中竞争优势的来源问题。认为服务业生产具有一些与制造业不同的特点,这些特点使中国本土企业在与跨国公司的竞争中具有某些短期的优势,而长期的竞争优势仍然依赖于企业持续的学习和创新。
This article explores the sources of competitive advantage of the local firms in services against multinationals in the perspective of Schumpeter dynamic competition. The key argument is that the character in service production is different from that in manufacture which leads some short-term advantage to Chinese local service firms in the competition against multinationals, while long-term advantage can only be obtain from continuing learning and innovating.
