摘要 从过程风险内涵出发,重点研究和分析了重大研发(R&D)项目过程风险的特征、过程风险组织的主要特征和组织的习惯域原理,建立了重大研发(R&D)项目过程风险组织行为动态管理模式和过程风险动态团队管理模式。 From the process risk, the author has mainly investigated the characteristics in process risk, process risk organization and the organization habitual domain theory, and has constructed the dynamics management model on the process risk organization behaviour of the major Research and Development(R&D)project.
