6个玉米自交系配合力分析及应用评价

The Analysis of Combining Ability and Applied Evaluation of 6 Maize Inbred Lines

按P1×P2不完全双列杂交设计,用NCⅡ分析方法,对6个玉米自交系9个性状的配合力及其群体遗传参数进行研究。结果表明:郑311、郑314和掖478的一般配合力高,可直接利用;郑312和郑315综合性状较差,需改良后利用;郑312×Bt1等6个组合具有较强的杂种优势,有一定的增产潜力。在育种工作中,对玉米株高等8个性状宜早代选择,对轴粗应进行晚代选择。

The 6 maize inbred lines have been tested on the paper with the design of pl × p2 uncomplete diallel crossing of NC Ⅱ method to study on combining ability and its genetic parameters of 9 characters. The result indieated that the lines of Zheng311, Zheng314 and Ye478 with the higher common combining ability can be directly used, the lines of Zheng312 and Zheng315 with less comprehensive character must be modified before used. The 6 combina- tions with higher heterosis have potentiality of increasing yield production. In maize breeding program. The 8 characters such as kernel high per plant should be selected earlier and the 1 characters such as kernel weight per pIant should be selected later.
