金线莲提取物的抑菌作用研究 被引量:11

摘要 分别以水和95%的乙醇提取金线莲有效成分,用滤纸片扩散法检测提取物对4种细菌和2种真菌的抑制作用,并采用二倍稀释法测定了其最小抑菌浓度(MIC).结果表明金线莲水提取物和乙醇提取物对供试的4种细菌和2种真菌均具有不同程度的抑制作用,两种提取物抑制细菌的作用均大于真菌,对4种供试细菌的最小抑菌浓度均不高于12.5mg/mL,对2种供试真菌的最小抑菌浓度均不高于25mg/mL. The antimicrobial activities and the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of extracts from Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.) Lindl. with 95%alcohol and water were determined by the paper filtering method and agar dilution method, respectively. The results showed that water extract and alcohol extract could inhibit the growth of the tested 4 kinds of bacteria and 2 kinds of fungal and their inhibitory effect on the tested bacteria were stronger than fungal. The minimum inhibitory concentration of both extracts were not higher than 12.5mg/mL to the tested 4 kinds of bacteria and and 25mg/mL to 2 kinds of fungal.
