三黄片中盐酸小檗碱的HPLC含量测定方法研究

摘要 建立了三黄片中盐酸小檗C18碱含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。具体方法为:采用中性氧化铝对样品进行了前处理;采用phenomenex-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm)以乙腈-0.033 mol/L磷酸二氢钾水溶液(30∶70)为流动相,检测波长:325 nm;进样量10μL。结果显示盐酸小檗碱和其它成分能获得基线分离,线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为100.59%,RSD 2.6%(n=5)。该法结果准确,分离效果好,可用于三黄片的质量控制。 The HPLC method of determining berberine hydrochloride in Sanhuang tablets was established. The results showed that experiments were carried out on a phenomenex-C18 collumn (4.6 mm × 250 mm); mobile phase : a solution of 0.033 mol/L^- 1 KH2 PO4- acetonitrile (30 : 70, V/ V) ; detection wavelength : 325 nm ; injection volume: 10 μL. The results also showed that Berberine hydrochloride in Sanhuang tablets were well separated. Berberine hydrochloride had a good linearity in the range of 6.20- 13.95 μg/mL and the average recovery rate was 100.59% ,RSD = 2.6% (n = 5). The new method could be used for determining berberine hydrochloride in Sanhuang tablets.
