神经节苷脂对NIDDM神经病变患者Na^+-K^+-ATP酶和NCV的影响

Affect of GA on erythrocyte Na + K + ATP ase activity and NCV in non insulin dependent diabetic patients with neuropathy.

本文应用神经节苷脂（ＧＡ）治疗非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病（ＮＩＤＤＭ）神经病变患者，发现ＧＡ明显增加ＮＩＤＤＭ神经病变患者红细胞膜Ｎａ＋Ｋ＋ＡＴＰ酶活性，神经传导速度（ＮＣＶ）呈不同程度改善。结果提示：在ＮＩＤＤＭ神经病变治疗方面。

In this paper,we treated non insulin dependent diabetic patients with neuropathy with Ganglioside (GA),Before and after treatment,erythrocyte Na + K + ATPase activity and nerve conduction velocity (NCV) were measured.The results revealed that erythrocyte Na + K + ATPase activity,NCV were reduced in the patients,and the reduced erythrocyte Na + K + ATPase was increased significantly and NCV was ameliorated in the different extent by GA.The mechanism of GA on diabetic neuropathy was also discussed in this paper.
