中国治理评价体系框架初探

A Preliminary Study of China's Governance Evaluation System

本文在吸收国际国内一些主要的治理评价体系和治理相关评价体系基础上提出了三套中国治理评价体系。一套是体系较为严整的中国善治评价指标体系框架。一套是低收入人群优先和性别敏感的民主治理评价体系。还有一套是中国公共治理评价指标体系。这三套指标体系代表了三种不同的研究思路。笔者期望这些初步探索有助于国内学术界对中国治理评价体系进行更为深入的探讨。

Based on some major systems of governance evaluation at home and abroad, this paper puts forward three sets of China＇s governance evaluation system. The first is a comprehensive framework of China＇s good governance evaluation. The second is a system of democratic governance evaluation. The third is a system of China＇s public governance evaluation. These three sets of evaluation system represent three different research approaches. The author hopes that the preliminary study will be helpful for Chinese academia to conduct research on China＇s governance evaluation system.
