摘要
解放思想是马克思主义的一条基本原则。时代发展对解放思想提出了新要求;在新的起点上解放思想要有新认识;继续解放思想促进实践发展要有新举措。
Freeing people＇s mind is a basic Marxist principle. The development of times has provided new requirements for freeing people＇s mind. While new understandings is necessary for freeing people＇s mind at a higher level, new measures are necessary for further freeing people＇s mind so as to promote the practical development.
