从国际劳工标准看我国农民工权益保护

Protection of the Rights and Interests of Chinese peasant Workers from the International Labour Standards

国际劳工标准是国际劳工组织保护劳动者权益的基本标准。在农民工权利保障缺乏的背景下,用"核心国际劳工标准"保护农民工权益有着特殊的意义。我国应该按照国际劳工标准结合我国的具体国情,积极有效的维护农民工的平等就业权,建立健全农民工的社会保障制度,积极促使农民工组成工会组织,保护农民工的合法权益。

International Labor Standards is the basic standards to protect the rights and interests of laborers by ILO. The use of the ＂core labor standards＂ to protect the rights and interests of the Chinese peasant workers has a special significance. Considering Chinese specific national conditions, China should be in accordance with International Labor Standards. We should actively and effectively safeguard peasant workers＇ equal employment rights, establish the social security system of peasant workers ,and actively promote the trade union organizations of peasant workers.
