摘要
对学生而言,适应教师角色具体要求和促进教师专业成长是师范院校教育学课程教学的根本价值,实践"素质化"教学是实现这一价值取向的有效途径。"素质化"教学将教育学理论知识"活性化"和"个人化",使之转变成支撑学生教师专业成长和满足学生适应教师角色要求的教育学理论素质,同时帮助学生获取必要的非知识性教师素质。当然,"素质化"教学必须以"生命化"教学为条件,只有这样,才能最终落实教育学课程教学的价值诉求。
As for students,the basic value of curriculum of pedagogy in normal colleges is to settle into the role of teachers and promote the development of professional teachers. Td practice the orientation of high-quality is an effective way to realize that basic value. The orientation of high-quality teaching renders theoretical knowledge of pedagogy "elastic" and "personalized" and turns the knowledge into the quality of supporting development of teachers and settling into the role of teachers. At the same time it will help students learn some necessary non-knowledge makings. Orientation of high-quality teaching has to be on the condition of "lively teaching". Only in this way will the objective of value of curriculum of pedagogy be realized.
