艾灸对坐骨神经痛大鼠神经痛行为影响的研究

The Effect of Moxibustion on Neuralgia Behavior in Rat Ischiodynia

目的:研究艾灸"环跳穴"对坐骨神经痛大鼠(CCI)的神经痛行为的影响,从而探讨艾灸对CCI的治疗作用与疗程之间的关系。方法:以手术结扎部分坐骨神经干制成CCI模型大鼠作为研究对象,随机将24只CCI大鼠随机分为模型组(对照组)、针刺组、艾灸组,分别针刺、艾灸"环跳穴"治疗;每日1次,每次15min,10次为1疗程,休息2d,行下1疗程;并通过观察其一般神经痛行为及测定热刺激痛阈、电刺激痛阈的改变与疗程之间的关系、评价艾灸对CCI模型大鼠的治疗效应。结果:造模后大鼠出现明显神经痛反应,各痛敏值明显增高;经治疗,1疗程后艾灸组、针刺组大鼠热刺激痛敏值降低,与模型组相比,具有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05);两组相比,痛敏分数绝对值减小,但两者无统计学差异(P>0.05);2个疗程后,两组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两者与模型组相比具有极显著的统计学差异(P<0.01);艾灸组与模型组相比有极显著的统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:1、艾灸"环跳穴"可有效缓解CCI模型大鼠的神经痛行为(症状、体征)。2、艾灸"环跳穴"可减轻神经痛的发作,且疗效与疗程之间有一定关。

Objective： to study and research the effect of moxibustion Huantiao point on neuralgia behavior in rat ischiodynia and to approach the relation between using moxibustion to treat ischiodynia function and course of treatment. Methods： the ischiodynia model was induced by hypodesis parts of sciatic nerve cord and the 24 rats were divided into model, acupuncture and Moxibustion group treated with acupuncture and Moxibustion on Huantiao point. 1 time per day and 15 min every time and the course of treatment was 10 times. The relation between neuralgiabehavior, heat stimulation pain threshold and electric stimulus pain threshold alteration and course of treatment were studied and the therapeutic effect was evaluation in Moxibustion to treating ischiodynia model rats. Results： the rats were appeared neuralgia reaction after model and painful sensitive value was high. The heat stimulation pain threshold was lower in the rdoxibustion and acupuncture group after i course of treatment contrast with mode I（P 〈 0.05） and fraction mark of pain absolute value was lower but had no statistics difference but had statistics difference after 2 course of treatment. Conclusions： it is relieve ischiodynia model rat neuralgia behavior by Moxibustion Huantiao point and Moxibustion Huantiao point has the function to relieve neuralgic and there is relation between curative effect and course of treatment.
