摘要
采用栓线闭塞大鼠大脑中动脉的实验模型,观察十二井穴点刺放血对大鼠血中NOS活性的影响。实验结果表明:模型组、尼群地平组、点刺放血组三组脑缺血大鼠治疗前血中NOS活性均明显升高,与正常组相比有极显著差异P<0.01,治疗3d后,尼群地平组NOS的活性与治疗前相比,无明显差异P>0.05;而点刺放血组治疗3d后,大鼠血中NOS活性明显降低,与治疗前相比有极显著差异P<0.01,与尼群地平组相比亦有极显著差异P<0.01。
the experimental model was induced by bolt rat arteria cerebri media and the effect of fast insertion bloodletting at twelve Jing acupoints on NOS active was observed. The results showed that the NOS active were high in model, nitrendipine and fast insertion bloodletting groups blood before treatment and had no difference in nitrendipine before and after treatment in 3 days, NOS active lower in fast insertion bloodletting in 3 days and had the difference than before treatment and intrendipine.
