青城散在四川地震灾区湿疹治疗中的应用

Clinical Application of Qingchengsan in the Treatment of Patients with Eczema in Sichuan Province

目的:观察自拟方青城散在四川抗震救灾官兵湿疹治疗中的疗效。方法:将686名湿疹患者随机分为治疗组468例,对照组218例。治疗组给予自拟青城散糊剂外用,对照组给予皮炎平乳膏外用,2次/日,14d为1个疗程。结果:治疗组有效率97.4%,对照组有效率85.3%,两组之间比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后瘙痒程度及皮疹面积评分比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.01);治疗组瘙痒程度及皮疹面积评分较对照组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论:自拟青城散剂在四川地震灾区湿疹治疗中有很好的疗效。

Objective： To investigate the effect of self-made prescription Qingchengsan in the treatment of 686 servicemen with eczema in Sichuan Province. Method： 686 diagnosed patients with eczema were divided into two groups, 468 cases in therapeutic group and 218 cases in the control group. Compound Dexamethasone Acetate Cream was given to the control group and Qingchengsan was given to the therapeutic group at external application, for twice a day, and for two weeks as a treatment course. Result： The total effective rate in therapeutic group （97.4 % ） was significantly higher （P 〈 0.05 ） than that of the control group （85.3 % ）. After treatment, the score on itching degree and size of skin rash in both groups improved significantly （P〈 0.01 ）. The score on itching degree and size of skin rash in therapeutic group improved significantly （P〈 0.05） compared with that of the control group. Conclusion： Self- made 0ingchengsan showed a good result in the treatment of patients with eczema in earthquake area in Sichuan Province.
