中医辨证分期治疗视网膜静脉阻塞86例

86 Cases of Retinal Vein Obstruction Treated with Chinese Medicine Staging Differentiation of Symptoms and Signs

目的:观察应用中医辨证分期治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的临床疗效。方法:对86例视网膜静脉阻塞患者初期应用生蒲黄汤加减、中期应用通窍活血汤加减、后期应用驻景丸加减治疗。结果:显效32例,有效40例,无效14例。结论:中医辨证分期治疗可以有效的治疗视网膜静脉阻塞。

Objective： to observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine staging differentiation of symptoms and signs on treating retinal vein obstruction. Methods： 86 cases of retinal vein obstruction were treated in cat-tail pollen decoction in the initial stage, in decoction for activating blood circulation in intermediate stage and in Zhujing pills in later stage. Results. the excellence was 32 cases, utility was 40 cases and ineffective was 14 cases. Conclusion： Chinese medicine staging differentiation of symptoms and signs has the effect method to treat retinal vein obstruction.
