QFD-based Decision-making on Producer Services Outsourcing Supplier Relationship

本文提出,在生产性服务外包关系的决策上,应该根据具体的业务外包成熟度来确定。在分析现有的影响外包关系因素的基础上,提出生产性服务外包成熟度的评价指标体系,并基于此阐述运用QFD方法来进行生产性服务外包关系决策的过程和要点,同时以PT公司作为实证说明。

This paper proposes that decisions on the producer service outsourcing supplier relationship should be made according to the level of producer service outsourcing maturity, which can be evaluated by a measuring index system. The paper also describes the QFD-based decision-making process and relevant key points.
