摘要
本文突破了TAM模型中"个人对技术的采纳和使用是自愿的,难以在组织背景实现"的隐含假设,以"自由人"和"组织人"区分处于不同环境压力下的个人,探讨了"组织人"面对信息系统(IS)引入这一环境压力下的特定外显行为,论证了"组织人"的特定IS决策行为特征,最后提出通过对组织中个人-IS的交互行为进行分阶段引导,提升IS效能的措施设想。
This paper overthrows TAM model's connotative assumption that adoption of technologies by individuals is on a voluntary basis and therefore, it is hard to be implemented under an organizational environment. This paper distinguishes individuals in different environments by two differentiators: 'freedman' and 'organized man', discusses the specific and recognizable behaviors of 'organized man' facing the organizational IS environment, and demonstrates the characteristic of these specific behaviors. Finally, the paper puts forward an assumption that a governor should direct the interaction behaviors of human-IS by stages to improve the Information Systems Efficiency of his organization.
