膝关节内侧副韧带正常与损伤MRI表现分析

The Study of thin slice and MRI of medial collateral ligament and its value in injuries

目的研究内侧副韧带正常的表现及损伤的MRI表现。方法通过对120例正常膝关节内侧副韧带的MRI表现进行回顾性分析,并对25例内侧副韧带损伤的病例MRI表现进行分析。结果MRI扫描能够对内侧副韧带损伤进行准确分级。结论MRI能够较清晰显示内侧副韧带的解剖学特点。横断位在内侧副韧带部分损伤有重要价值,正确的扫描方法对提高MRI分级评价对内侧副韧带损伤的诊断的准确性具有重要价值。

Objective To study the performance of MRI about the of normal and injured medial collateral ligament（MCL）. Methods The appearance of MRI about normal MCL of 120 cases and injured MCL of 25 cased were retrospectively reviewed. Results The grades of injured MCL were clearly identified. Concalsion The anatomic feature of MCL can be clearly shown in MRI. The transversal images are valuable for diagnose of MCL injury. Appropriate method of MRI scan is valuable for diagnose of MCL injury.
