锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折26例疗效分析

The proximal humeral fractures treated by interlocking plates

目的探讨肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法应用AO锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折26例，其中男11例，女15例；年龄29-81岁，平均55岁。根据Neer分型，二部分骨折8例，三部分骨折12例，四部分骨折6例。结果21例获随访，骨折均愈合。根据Neer肩关节功能评分标准评定：优13例，良6例，可2例。优良率90．5％。结论肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折固定可靠，并发症少，可早期进行功能锻炼，疗效满意，特别是对于老年骨质疏松的患者尤为适用。

Objectives To explore the clinical results of proximal humeral fractures treated by proximal humeral interlocking plates. Methods Of all 26 patients with proximal humeral fractures,who received the treatment of interlocking plates（AO Company） ,the males were 11 cases and the females were 15 cases; and the average age was 55 between 29 and 81 years old. Based upon the Neer classification,two-part fractures were 8 cases;.three-part fractures were 12 cases; and four-part fractures were 6 cases. Results Twenty-one patients finished follow-up,all fractures healed successfully. By using Neer Scoring Criteria of shoulder joint function to evaluate the post-operative function,the excellent were 13 cases; the good were 6 cases; and the fair were 2 cases. The excellent rate was up to 90.5 %. Conclusion It is absolutely reliable to use the method of proximal humeral interlocking plates treating proximal humeral fractures with rare post-operative complications. The patients are able to perform early exercises during postoperative periods,and the clinical results are satisfied. Those elder patients who have osteoporosis are especially suitable to this treatment.
