锁骨外端粉碎性骨折伴喙锁韧带断裂的手术治疗

The operative treatment for the comminuted fractures of the lateral end of the clavicles with coracoclavicular ligament rupture

目的探讨锁骨外端粉碎性骨折伴喙锁韧带断裂的手术治疗。方法选择锁骨外端粉碎性骨折伴喙锁韧带断裂患者，予切开复位，采用张力带钢丝、克氏针或锁骨钩钢板内固定，修复喙锁韧带，术后对骨折愈合及肩关节功能进行观察。结果锁骨骨折均在手术后6～8周愈合，肩关节功能无影响，肩部无疼痛，取出内固定后无肩锁关节脱位发生。结论手术治疗锁骨外端粉碎性骨折伴喙锁韧带断裂的效果较好，是可供选择的治疗方法。

Objective To study the operative treatment of the comminuted fractures of lateral end of the clavicles with coracoclavicular ligament ruptures. Methods The comminuted fractures of the lateral end of the clavicles with coracoclavicular ligament ruptures were treated with open reduction, internal fixation with tension band or clavicular hook plates and ligament reconstruction. The union and the function of the shoulders were observed after operation. Results All cases had favourable outcomes. All fractures healed in 6 - 8 weeks after operation,there were full range of movement and painlessness of the shoulder joints. No acromioclavicular joints dislocation happened after the remove of internal fixation. Conclusion The Operative Treatment for the eomminuted fractures of the lateral end of the clavicles with coracoclavicular ligament rupture have favourable outcomes and can be applied.
