摘要
目的探讨关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术患者的护理要点和康复重点。方法对2005年1月至2007年12月本科收治的142例前交叉韧带损伤的患者,针对关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术患者的治疗特点和要求,制订并临床实施预防术后并发症、防止发生交叉韧带再次断裂及循序渐进施行患肢功能锻炼的护理要点和康复重点。结果患者术后疗效优良率为100%,所有患者术后的康复护理问题得到了解决。结论关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术创伤小,出血少,恢复快。正确的术后康复护理对于手术效果至关重要。在术后早期给予康复锻炼和精心护理,使患者康复理想,并发症少。
Objective To discuss the rehabilitation nursing points for patients after the operation of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under arthroscopy. Methods From Jan. 2005 to Dec. 2007,142 cases of ACL injury were conducted the operation of reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament. According to the character and requirement of ACL reconstruction under arthroscopy, we constitute and implement the rehabilitation nursing points to prevent the complication and to avoid re-fragmentation and to do functional exercise gradually. Results Excellent and good rate were 100%. The problem of postoperation rehabilitation nursing was solved. Conclusion ACL reconstruction under arthroscopy shows minimally invasive,less bleeding, and quick recovery. The early and correctly rehabilitation nursing is important to the outcomes of operation.
